Services are often described as things you can buy and sell but can't drop on
your foot – i.e. not a tangible commodity. We feel we are able to serve our
customer by knowing what they need. One of the ways we are able to do this is
through our website, and email: people give us great ideas, tell us what they
want, what they don't want. It's really instrumental, and helps us stay in touch
with people.
Our mission statement about treating people with respect and dignity is not just
words but a creed we live by every day. You can't expect your employees to
exceed the expectations of your customers if you don't exceed the employees'
expectations of management.
