Agreement to Terms

By downloading Tower Rush, creating an account, or playing on plutotechnologies.in, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't play.

Game License

We grant you a personal, non-commercial license to play Tower Rush. You own nothing. We own all game assets, tower designs, maps, and cosmetics. No selling accounts, no redistributing APK files, no reverse-engineering the client.

Your Conduct

Play fair. Don't cheat, exploit glitches, use bots, or harass other players. Don't spam chat or try to scam players for trades. First ban is 7 days. Second ban is permanent. Appeals go to support@plutotechnologies.in.

Intellectual Property

All Tower Rush content — towers, maps, skins, UI, code, lore — is owned by Pluto Technologies. You can't copy, modify, or redistribute without written permission.

No Liability

Tower Rush is provided as-is. We're not liable for connection drops, rank loss, cosmetic bugs, or servers going down. If you get hacked because you shared your password, that's on you.

Third-Party Links

Tower Rush may link to partner sites or Discord communities. We're not responsible for their content or terms. Check their policies before clicking.

Changes to These Terms

We can change these terms anytime. Major changes (like new payment terms) get 30 days notice. You keep playing = you accept new terms.
